Agreement
NorthLadder has collaborated with Amazon to provide Trade-in services to customers of Amazon. The trade-in transaction is between the Customer and NorthLadder, and Amazon is not a party to this arrangement. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that Amazon is not responsible for, and shall have no liability in respect of, the sale of the Customers item to NorthLadder.
Products which may be traded in under this program
Any Product that:
– Such Products are in the jurisdiction in which these trade-in services are being provided;.
– Such Products are accepted by NorthLadder- Any and all products which are in the jurisdiction area of NorthLadder concept
– Such Products are in the jurisdiction in which these trade-in services are being provided;.
– Such Products are accepted by NorthLadder- Any and all products which are in the jurisdiction area of NorthLadder concept
NorthLadder Services and Third Party Services
You acknowledge and agree that Amazon shall be neither liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of NorthLadder in relation to the Offer or its benefits.
1. By agreeing to accept the Offer, you hereby represent, warrant and covenant that:
a. you are the sole, absolute and lawful owner of the Product and you confirm that the
Product was exclusively for personal use, and not for business or commercial use;
b. You confirm
that the value of the Product will be provided to you in the form of bank transfer
by Circular Devices Private Limited (NorthLadder)
c. the Product along with all accessories, wherever applicable, under the Offer is genuine
and is not counterfeit, free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes,
legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc.
d. wherever applicable, the details of the Product, including its condition, are as stated at
the time of availing the Offer.
e. in the event the Product is a mobile, laptop, tablet or smart watch, such Product must
be in working condition. You must remove any scratch-guard, screen-guard, tempered
glass, or other protective covering applied to the screen of the Product. You must delete
all personal data, sign out of your iCloud (iOS) / Google (Android) or similar accounts,
and remove any lock code or passwords.
f. the battery of the phone/laptop/tablet product proposed to be exchanged must not be
dead or non-functional. In other words, the device should turn on and operate even
when the charger is disconnected.
g. the product should not be damaged, broken, or otherwise tampered with. The
Product should match the details entered while placing the order.

Device Evaluation and Pricing
NorthLadder agrees to purchase the Product for the value agreed upon during the initial Offer, pending inspection.
After the Product is received
• NorthLadder will inspect and verify its condition.
• If the quoted price aligns with the customer’s self-evaluation, the trade-in will proceed automatically without needing further approval, and the device will not be returned.
• If the condition differs from your original description, we may issue a revised Offer. Such revised Offer shall be made no later than seven days from the date You provided the Product for trade-in.
• You may choose to accept the revised Offer or reject it and request the return of the Product. You must provide such acceptance or rejection within seven days from the date of the revised Offer. Failure to do so may result in the automatic return of the Product to the store at which you provided such Product.
After the Product is received
• NorthLadder will inspect and verify its condition.

Data Security

NorthLadder shall not be held liable if it subsequently appears that any of the data or information stored on the Product, which have not been removed by You before handing over the Product, have been stolen, transferred or used by any other person or entity in any way once the Product has been sold by You to NorthLadder, or registered dealers of NorthLadder
b. In spite of erasing the data manually/electronically, if any data still accessible due to any reason, Amazon or its affiliates, NorthLadder, the future buyer, or the manufacturer shall not be responsible for the same and you will not approach any of the above parties for any retrieval or deletion of the data.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the interpretation and implementation of the provisions of this Agreement, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the United Kingdom/ England and Wales
NorthLadder will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Any Customer using the NorthLadder website who is a Minor (under the age of 18) cannot register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use trade-in services.
The Customer must retain a copy of transaction records.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account with NorthLadder.
